Chal & Bro may require customers to provide government-issued identification, proof of residential address, age/eligibility information, licence or authorisation where applicable, declarations or undertakings, and other documentation required for compliance.
Every airgun order may be subject to compliance review before acceptance or dispatch. Submitting documents does not automatically guarantee approval.
An airgun will not be dispatched where required legal or regulatory requirements have not been satisfactorily completed.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to destinations where applicable law restricts delivery, courier policies prohibit transportation, required documentation is unavailable, destination-specific restrictions apply, or we cannot establish lawful delivery.
Customers are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their possession, storage, transportation and use of an airgun. Nothing on this website constitutes a licence or authorisation to possess or use an airgun.
