Manufacturing defects, defective components, and other defects specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Unless otherwise provided: accidental damage, misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, normal wear and tear, corrosion due to improper storage, damage caused by unsuitable accessories, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from use contrary to manufacturer instructions.
Customers may be asked to provide an order/invoice number, product serial number where applicable, photographs, videos, a description of the problem, and other information required for assessment. Unauthorised modification or repair may affect warranty eligibility where permitted by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
